I provide individual therapy for adults ages 18 and up. I support clients who struggle with emotional patterns at both ends of the spectrum—either holding emotions in tightly or feeling flooded by them. Together, we work toward flexibility, self-compassion, and steadier emotional flow. My areas of specialization and interest include: emotion regulation, grief, life transitions, perfectionism, anxiety, relationship struggles, addiction, and issues stemming from family of origin experiences.

Pet Loss & Grief Work

Through my own experiences caring for aging pets and grieving the loss of my beloved companions, I bring a deep and compassionate understanding of pet loss. I recognize the emotional weight of caregiver burnout, the heartbreak and complexity of end-of-life decisions, and the anticipatory grief that can begin long before a goodbye. This is a space where your grief—before, during, and after loss—can be expressed and witnessed, especially when it is not always recognized or understood by others in your life.

Session Fee: $200 (50 minute session)

Group Fee: $75 (50 minute group)
